Full copyright to any chosen design concept out of designs presented to you is yours once payment has been received in full, however I retain the right to display the item/s in any online or offline portfolios, and for the purpose of marketing or advertising our services on or offline.

Payment is required for the provision of design concepts: You are required to pay for my time, and quoted prices are based on design concepts provided. You are required to pay for design time.

Cancellation Rights
You have a right to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of the work carried out so far based on the time put aside. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.

I collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
